Design and manufacture high quality structure foam molding plastic part according to customer's drawing or samples.

Moulding workship: has CNC, electric spark, medium-speed wire, engraving machine and other mold processing devices.

Injection workshop: has 20 injection molding machines with one-time shot capacity from 65 grams to 12000 grams, raw material color machine matching modified granulating extruder

Testing equipment: CMM, projector, melt flow rate meter, Charpy impact testing machine, Izod impact testing machine, microcontrolled electronic universal testing machine,calipers, depth gauges and dial indicators.

We have experienced mould design engineers. They are able to provide professional advice to customer's drawing or samples.  We also provide spray painting and assembly service.
